The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has begun the reviewing process of the performance of coaches of the last domestic season.
Sources close to the board reveal that the performance of the 54 coaches working with various domestic teams will is currently being reviewed.
The committee will analyze the performance of the first XI, second XI, U19, U16, and U13 coaches.
Reports also claim that sweeping movements will be made once the results of the reviewing are out.
The decision to call the coaches or take their stance on the video link will be made at a later time. Coaches might be moved across the teams on the basis of their performances.
Sources further claimed that the proposal of axing coaches who did not follow the rules is also being discussed. The committee will finish its task by the end of this month.
The committee will also consult the new head of the High-Performance Centre, Grant Bradburn. The head of High-Performance Coaching will also be able to question the coaches on their performance.
Bradburn will decide the future of coaches in the light of the committee’s report.
